I only like the cashew milk chocolate, and they don't always have it, but I understand.

These types of places are a dime a dozen lately and easy to find. This particular one was very clean and had tons of options for customized orders. It wasn't overcrowded, and the flavors were great (not watered down like some). I hope this one doesn't fade out like so many of the others do.

Love this store. The cleanest frozen yogurt shop I've ever been in and the staff is always friendly and inviting.

There's a lot of flavor to choose from very tasty . Very clean , pleasant work and a nice place to go to .

get a cone because it's NO TRASH! SAVE THE ENVIRONMENT YOU SELFISH DINGUS! YOU'RE NOT GOING TO EAT THAT PAPER CUP! Plus cones are delicious.You know what's a good idea is getting absolutely ripped and then coming here and putting fruit loops on a peanut butter froyo cone. Love yourselves.

They are always adding a different yogurt base. I do love the cookies and cream cradled side by side with the strawberry cheesecake. Toppings? Go nuts! Although this particular location didnt have all the toppings available, it was more than enough to satiate the gluttony for froyo.

Too bad it has been lost to the rent markup. It will be missed.Edit * I now have word that they are still there. I will conduct further froyo research all in the name of science

Worst service ever in my life. We got there right before they are closing last night, me and my friend were getting toppings we both were gonna get strawberries but there was cover on them. We tried opening it but they didnt let us open it. I mean since you are still open as a business mind as well let us pick what we want. So this place is not worth dont waste your time and money in this place.

I didn't buy into the hype when this place opened.Clearly I should have.I'm not a frozen yogurt guru or anything, but what they had was really good. Tasty, and without that hollow feeling that you can get from crappier stuff.Many flavors is good. Many toppings is good.My designation for five stars comes when I consider a place to be a destination. Right now 16 Handles is a destination, but only because they do 2 for 1. The super cheapness is worth going out of your way for. However, when this promotion invariably ends, it'll only be worth going to if you're in the area and wanting a nice treat.

I was surprised how well the Frozen yogurt here tasted! No bitter aftertaste like I have gotten used to at other fro yo places

Best froyo spot in NYC!

Rude and unexperienced staff. Very bad customer service. I got to the story 10 minutes before closing and was told upfront that the story was closing on 10 minutes. I didn’t see the point but didn’t say anything. After I got my frozen yogurt that took me less than 3 minutes I started getting some chocolate toppings and the server rudely took the pot of chocolate away stating that that pot was already closed. Ii said that it wasn’t right to take a product of the customer’s hands and she didn’t apologized. Although I really wanted that frozen yogurt, I didn’t buy it. I said that I was going to call the manager and both servers kept laughing. They really need to learn how to provide quality customer services.

It's pretty small but the staff was cool and was pretty quick to get people out, including myself. I also enjoyed the music they played while I was in their and so did my group. It's 16 Handles so it's affordable and great to kill some cravings.
