Staff was nice. Flavors were ok. Wish the sauces were available, apparently they put them up early which is pretty annoying.

Cute little gourmet ice cream shop. Unique and creative ice cream flavors. Service is friendly as well. Shout out to the friendly worker who helped me. He was patient and even gave his opinions on the ice cream. If you're into something sour, then I would recommend getting the rose. I ended up getting secret breakfast and something parallel? Those two were my favorites. It was rich and scrumptious. I wonder if they normally change up the flavors? I would definitely come back!

Ordered the Banana Milk soft serve with a charcoal cone.The ice cream flavor is amazing and the charcoal cone is interesting. Definitely a must try if you want something different.

Best place to get froyo in the area. This 16 handles also has about 8 flavors on rotation and many toppings to choose from which gives you a lot to play with. They’re constantly mixing up the flavors so you’ll be sure to have a different experience every time. They also change the topping options quite frequently too. There is also plenty of seating available so no need to worry about that.

Tahitian vanilla bean was delicious. Fresh fruit toppings.

They always have vegan frozen yogurt options and I love how it shows which ones are vegans on the tags of each topping. I definitely recommend!! I come here even during winter.

Favorite frozen yogurt place ever since I discovered it. I'll only go here if I'm in Manhattan. The atmosphere is fun and calming. Workers are very polite. They have a variety of toppings. And the flavors change I believe every week, but whatever flavor they have it's delicious.

Place is very clean & well-lit. Friendly staff & cashier suggested I download the app so I can collect points. I will definitely do that. Lots of flavors to choose from & toppings bar was filled to the max! Would definitely go again.

The yogurt was, as always, wonderful. During our visit the place was a bit too noisy for our liking. A bit quieter and I would have gone for 5 stars.

Good selection of custom ice cream flavors. My favorite, surprisingly, was the Foxy Brown. I'm not the biggest fan of chocolate but I guess mocha is more tolerable for my tastebuds. The owner was super nice and spoke about the Coney Island location and was keeping me abreast of news. I'm craving that ice cream right now.
