Amazing service and food! Very nice atmosphere. I highly recommend the barbacoa tacos.

Always fantastic! Order the 1492 queso!! Then, don't order the Tex-Mex menu because you can get that anywhere. They have very unique and fantastic latin dishes otherwise.

We went here on the recommendation of a friend who used to live in Oklahoma City. She was right! Got there for a late lunch and pretty much had the place to ourselves. Great service to go along with the yummy food!

In my opinion 1492 at Casady Square is the best Mexican food in OKC! The service is second to none, very friendly and helpful. My favorite is the cheese enchiladas and the ground beef crispy tacos. The salsa is wonderful and the special queso is great too! If you haven’t tried it you should!

Very good food with large menu. Waiter steered me clear of a dish that he said is sweet...pointed me to another pork dish that was outstanding! Will definitely go there again.

This place is good. Clean. Service is pretty good. Food is good. The salsa is awesome. They have good fried plantains. On Tuesdays they do like half priced tacos which is a good deal. This place is decent amount different from the midtown location. Not in food or service really. This location is way less busy, a lot quieter usually, not as cozy feeling but still a nice atmosphere. Definitely would recommend to others

Excellent, authentic Latin food from a variety of countries. For the less adventurous, they also have more traditional “Tex Mex” stylings, but I’d recommend going out of your comfort zone.

Best salsa in town!! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed with anything you order...especially the surf & turf fajitas...best I’ve ever eaten!

The chicken mole is fantastic. My wife ordered it with the coconut rice which seemed to make more sense than getting the Mexican rice it comes with. I had a combo platter which was basically tex mex but with better seasoning. The meat in my taco was cold. They quickly replaced it with steaming beef which was tasty. But the incident made me think about how they cook, prep, and store food for service which scares me. If the beef is this hot in the kitchen then how long did my dish sit around for to become cold, or was it not heated properly before it came out so it might not be stored properly, or did they just microwave some taco filling and that’s why it came out so fast?I was disappointed with the fried plantains. They were nice and sweet but normally I expect fried plantains to be crispy. You have to fry them twice, once at a low eat to cook them then again at a high heat to crisp them. Their version is just a soggy mess, no texture, no complexity.

Walked in with a friendly greeting and got to sit right down. My wife ordered the Queso. She loved it. The salsa and chip where good. I got the Tamale and beef Enchilada. Both very good. The beef was different then your normal. It was very good. The place was very clean and the workers always doing something.

I love 1492, and unlike the one Downtown, this one was dead on a weekend evening!!This is a brand new second location with the same menu as their Downtown space, but it is much larger in size.We ordered the 1492 queso and a single order of beef fajitas. The queso had meat, sour cream, avocado, etc., to stir in. It was awesome. I always order their beef fajitas and they're always delicious. My one very minor complaint is that the onions weren't quite as crispy and caramelized as they normally are. Like I said...no big deal!!I'll be back for sure. It's a great spot for tasty food.The service was wonderful and the staff were very friendly. It was clean and bright. There is plenty of parking at night, as most of the shops are closed in the plaza.

Hands down the best fajitas in OKC! One of my favorite places that I will go time and time again. The service inside is always great (calling for to-go orders is frustrating, just hang in there) and the inside is super cute. There is one server in particular who always goes out of his way to give you the best service possible (if you’ve been there at least once you likely know who I’m referring to). The food is always fresh and their homemade tortillas are amazing! This is one of my go-to places when taking friends or family out to dinner!

My family took me here for Father’s Day this afternoon and all I can say is this is an undiscovered gem. They serve Latin cuisine but you can get more basic Mexican type fare as well. We will definitely be coming back in the future. A nice dining experience, not too loud, temp is comfortable and you don’t feel rushed to clear the table. Sara, our server, was delightful and we had a great conversation with her before leaving. Recommend you give 1492 a try on your next outing, it won’t disappoint and you may just find a new favorite dining place.
