Nice vibe for a chill night out. Good music and not overly crowded. The chicken skewers and crab cakes were a crowd favorite. We reserved a section in advance and everything was organized perfectly.

This is a great place for happy hours and a late night drink with a view. A dedicated elevator through a golden hallway takes you directly to the 12th floor overlooking the Wharf in DC. I wish you had more views of the monuments rather than Rosslyn (not really their fault). Good music and vibes with some strong drinks. Didn't try any of their food but menu was limited. Friendly staff. Bathroom was decent with some nice accents.

I celebrated my milestone birthday party at 12 Stories. The ambiance, view, and customer service were exceptional. Tara, the event planner, made my special day one that I will remember for a long time. She went above and beyond to to make sure that I, as well as my family and friends had the best time. This rooftop bar/lounge has set "The Wharf" up as the place to visit any day of the week. Thank you so much for making my birthday the best ever!

Save yourself and go to one of the other, far better, rooftops at the Wharf. Unfriendly, unprofessional staff. (Asked us after 15 minutes if we had been seated by a hostess—yes—and dropped a strong hint of the time we should leave.) Drinks are overpriced, gimmicky, and small. Post-modern, post-comfort furniture arranged in open arrangements for groups, which would be nice if it wasn't over-regulated. Nice view, but no better than other Wharf spots.

Love this spot! Very pricey. Make sure you have plenty of money if you want to drink for sure or you'll go broke! Nice atmosphere and good vibes. Especially in the summer!

I’d been meaning to come to 12 stories for some time now with my wife and We had finally had the opportunity to visit this past week. We came to for a quick bite and a drink. We got to 12 stories about 3:45 pm, so had to wait to order food since the kitchen didn’t open up until 4 pm, which was no problem. However, our waitress said she could put our order in in the meantime. For whatever reason the kitchen was very slow to open. We were wondering why it was taking so long for a dozen oysters and zucchini tempura. Our waitress was extremely apologetic and allowed my wife and I a drink on the house. Extremely classy!! The restaurant itself is well maintained and taken care of. With the cold weather coming in for winter I probably won’t be back until early spring or summer, but my wife and I couldn’t be more impressed with this place.

Great views!! Awesome vibe!! Good DJ! I went late night after dinner....was blown away with the atmosphere and drinks....already have reservations to come back and dine!! Only downside ....DJ leaves at 1am so for late night vibes get there by 9pm

Young and upscale. Superb food and service. The price is right for the fabulous view and ambiance. Live music. Class act.

We read all the reviews and almost didn’t go because of them. This place was great, service was great all around. Music great, drinks great (yes a little pricey, but not watered down, you get what you pay for) Go check this place out for yourself. We Will definitely go back.

Excellent views and atmosphere! Bartenders make great drinks and the food choices are all amazing. Ended up here before a concert at the Anthem. The location is pretty awesome!

Very fun place to celebrate. I recommend getting there in time to watch the amazing sunset over the wharf. It feels kind of exclusive and fun without being terribly cost-prohibitive. I got light bites while there and everything was good. My only complaint was that they were out of fried pickles, but the zucchini was delicious.

I met a friend and colleague for appetizers and drinks on 2/19. The decor is modern and crisp, and the view of the city is breathe taking. The drinks were fantastic (We ordered the Moscow mule and spritz), and so were the fries and buttermilk friend chicken sandwich.

I attended a random party here for my buddy who paid off his student loans. We got there at 4pm, had our pick of wherever we wanted in the bar, and we had the window large round table! It was an awesome view. We had some vegetarians and they loved the appetizers with zucchini and cauliflower. The guys who got chicken sandwiches and a different one loved it. The service was super polite and prompt. Great drinks.
